I had rhinoplasty 4 years ago as of this year, and back then I didn’t know anything. My nasal dorsum was wide, but I didn’t have osteotomy, and just had low silicone inserted, and used septal cartilage for a slight lift at the nasal tip. So the side view is okay like in the photo, but from the front, my nose still looks spread out and my face also looks broad and flat~ So I’m thinking about revision surgery. Those with revision surgery experience, do you think the hospital where I originally had surgery would be best~? And if I have osteotomy, about how much should I expect the surgery cost to be? Is osteotomy done under sedation? Please answer
