<In the photo, only the left eye had an upper epicanthoplasty (they suddenly did it during surgery;;)> It’s just before 3 weeks since surgery. During my first surgery, I also had an incision, but I got really bad multiple creases, so I had revision incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction (left eye had double embedding + fat repositioning + upper epicanthoplasty). But while doing the surgery, the director said the inner corner of my left eye was thicker than the right, so they just did an upper epicanthoplasty as a service, omg;;; But maybe because the right eye didn’t get an upper epicanthoplasty, compared with the left, there’s a bit of a thickness difference, and I’m about to spiral mentally It hasn’t even been 3 weeks yet, so I’m also wondering if I should just wait until 6 months, but people are all the same, you know^^.............. I got revision surgery because I wanted to get rid of the multiple creases, but they said releasing the adhesion at the inner corner would be a huge operation or something.... Ah, and on top of that, the mucous membrane is everted around the middle of my right eye, so my right eye looks really weird If it were you, would you just turn a blind eye to this much and live with it?
익명 If it’s before 3 weeks, it’s still swelling, but mine was way more swollen than that, and the swelling went down unevenly too. It was puffy until 3 months, then after 6 months it all went down, but to me it doesn’t look particularly weird. If you mess with it for no reason, it could end up looking weirder than now Wait a bit.
바라바라바 [@] Thanks for the reply I’ll try to hold out until 6 months for now!!!!!!!!
얌 Even ignoring the swelling, I seriously can’t tell at all what’s uneven
레모나미씨 The right inner corner does have a covered-looking feel. But no, if they were going to do it, shouldn’t they have told you beforehand that this could happen?
바라바라바 [@] The inner corner of the right eye looks a bit thicker than the left And it doesn’t show much in the photo, but the mucous membrane around the middle of the right eye is a bit everted, so when I look in the mirror, it feels uneven
바라바라바 [@Lemonami] For the multiple creases, they told me beforehand, so okay, but I never even thought there would be a thickness difference, so I’m thinking maybe I should just get upper epicanthoplasty on the right later
밍켈구우 If it’s a clinic where aftercare/revision is possible, I’d ask them to take another look But everyone says you need to watch it for at least one to three months, so if you can wait, waiting and then deciding doesn’t seem bad either.
얌 [@] The middle mucous membrane could be like that because the ptosis correction caught more on that area. And I think it’s probably swelling Wait 6 months and then look. But honestly, even if you do more, there’s no guarantee it’ll succeed, so if it were me, I don’t think I’d do it...
바라바라바 [@] Right, right. That’s why I’m also wondering if I should just accept it and live with it. When would I save up money again, get consultations, and have surgery again...
바라바라바 [@Mingkelguu] They said it can be done within 1 year? But everyone said it’s still extremely early, so I should wait for now
얌 [@] Yeah, honestly, even after you tell me, I can’t tell which part is different, you know? Other than the ptosis correction part you mentioned, I really can’t tell The line came out really well too!! I’m also sensitive about asymmetry, so I do notice things, but I think this much looks very okay. It’s right after surgery, so of course you’re sensitive about everything, but after some time passes, you’ll probably forget about it and live normally.
결정해보자 If it were this much, I think I’d just leave it alone.
밍켈구우 [@] Yeah, go for checkups on schedule, bring it up once when you go, and it might be good to have them look at it again before 1 year It is still early though.
익명 If it’s this much, I think it would be better to watch it a bit longer and then decide. Like the comments above said, I don’t think it would be too late to wait 6 months, see more swelling go down, and then do it! It must be hard emotionally, but still try to stay as calm as you can and wait.
쾅일아 Why, it’s so pretty If only my eyes could turn out like yours, I’d have no other wish..
