It has been one week since my nose surgery. Since yesterday or the day before yesterday, when I breathe, it feels like something heavy is moving down to below the roof of my mouth and then back up. So when I swallow saliva with a gulp, it becomes easier to breathe again.... I also get this feeling when I slightly lower my head, and when I lift my head upward, it becomes normal again.. What phenomenon is this? It feels like something heavy in my nose is gently moving up and down... So it even feels like it has come down to my throat I’m asking because I’m so, so worried that something might be wrong... +Also.... On about the 4th day after surgery, I didn’t blow my nose, but I sniffed mucus inward, and I’m wondering whether that had an effect...
