I'm going to the hospital tomorrow.. I'm planning to have it removed.. There is septal cartilage in my nasal tip.... There is nothing on the nasal bridge.. It's already been 3 and a half months since the surgery.. Even if I have it removed, I don't think it will return exactly to my old nose.. But I still hope it goes back similarly.. Even just the uneven nostrils... 1. After removing the cartilage in the nasal tip, will the nasal tip droop more than before? Could it actually become more upturned? 2. My columella area originally went inward.. If the cartilage is removed, will it go back inward exactly like before? 3. Will the uneven nostrils go back exactly like before? 4. They said they would slightly shave down the hump and I paid for it, but it looks like you can't even tell the hump was shaved, right? I want a refund Please share your experiences if you've had removal
