Eye Re-Surgery

Can someone answer my questions about revision eye surgery (buried suture method)?

First of all, I’m planning to have revision surgery with the buried suture method. 1. Is it correct for them to have you open your eyes during surgery while they check? I’m planning to do the buried suture method, but some places say they ask you to open your eyes during eye surgery, while others say they don’t and only ask you to open them when it’s almost finished. Which is correct?? Is this also something I should make sure to ask about during the consultation? 2. Since it’s a revision surgery, I heard the sutures from my first double eyelid surgery may remain in my eyelid, so they remove them during revision surgery. But during consultations, some places said they scrape them out during surgery and remove the necessary parts, while others said they don’t remove them at all and just do the buried suture surgery. Is it correct to remove them? For now, the hospital that said they don’t ask you to open your eyes and don’t remove the sutures also had a short surgery time and was a bit cheaper, but I don’t know if that’s right or what standard I should use to decide
