I had double eyelid surgery by incision, and the upper front part of my right eye..? Only that area is really swollen, hard, and feels tight, you know? The left side isn’t like that, only the right side is.. When I asked the clinic, they said it could be because the local anesthetic hasn’t fully worn off... They said if it lasts long, it can go on for more than 3 months Is that possible? They said if there’s absolutely no sensation when touching it, the cells are dead;;; They told me I should still have sensation if I pinch it and to wait a little longer.. After hanging up, I tried pinching that area, but I don’t feel any stinging at all.. Has anyone here experienced this? How am I supposed to wait 3 months? I’m so anxious

I also had double eyelid surgery by incision, and until about a month and a half after, I was worried because only the area near the middle eyelashes of my right eye had no sensation. Now it’s almost 3 months, and after reading your post and touching it, the sensation has come back...!
