The consultant was very kind and explained everything in detail. Maybe because it’s a one-director clinic, it felt different from large hospitals. I went on a weekday, and there were hardly any people, so it didn’t feel crowded. I asked a lot of questions, and they kindly consulted me on all of them. They showed me a huge number of before-and-after photos.
