The staff at the information desk weren’t very friendly. But the consultation manager was so kind that I liked it. The manager listened well and understood my needs clearly. I hadn’t decided on the doctor in charge either, but she gave me recommendations, so I had a consultation with Director Kim Tae-seop. He clearly told me what was possible and what wasn’t, and while drawing the line, he explained systematically how the surgery would be done. The consultation was good.
