Is removal of dermis possible too?

I didn’t use an implant, I used my own dermis, fascia from the scalp, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage. But everything else is fine except the bridge of my nose is way too high. According to the doctor, they only covered it with fascia and said the swelling would go down slowly, but it’s too high. It’s been a little over a month since the surgery. In cases like this, is it possible to remove the autologous dermis too??
