Ah, first of all, the waiting time is... I have a lot to say but won't... Even though I came with an appointment, I waited over two hours and almost canceled, but I liked the director and the consultant, so I deducted points for the hospital facilities. The director was kinder than I expected, answered my questions well, and objectively explained things like the possibility of lagophthalmos with ptosis correction, so it helped a lot. One of the two places where I paid a reservation deposit! However, there are so many people that I am worried whether after-sales care will go well..
