Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review

One month and one week after surgery (photos removed. Text only…

I deleted the post I uploaded before and am posting again. It has now been one month and one week since my surgery. The swelling has all gone down, and yesterday I went to the hospital for a follow-up after more than a month. The doctor says he is 90% satisfied. In terms of size, shape, and feel. Height 157, weight 47. My chest circumference is wide compared with my body, the bones are set inward, and my skin texture is tough, tight, and thin. I had almost no breast tissue or muscle of my own. So he said that even if a larger implant had been placed, the implant would have looked very obvious. Since I originally had almost no breast shape at all.. Because my frame is short, even if my breasts had been bigger, the upper part would have looked bulky, and since I have shoulders too, my upper body would have looked a bit heavier, he said. Transaxillary incision, 275 inserted. They say some people can get a full B cup or even a C cup with that amount, but with my body type, I think I’ll be a full A cup, or barely a B cup. I’m very, very disappointed. But honestly, since it’s already all done, I decided I’ll just stick my chest out confidently and go around like that. I don’t know if it turned out well.. I just have to live with it. The doctor said my chest circumference is wide compared with my body type. Maybe because I swam in middle school.. -_- He said if only my chest circumference had been a bit smaller, my breasts would have looked more voluminous. It can’t be helped. I keep forgetting the old days when I was flat as a board. Since I spent the money anyway, I wanted to try having really big breasts. But my body type really doesn’t cooperate with that either. I had drains placed. The amount of blood was normal. Still, quite a bit did come out. It hurt, but I tried to recover while struggling through it. On day 3 or 4? I even washed my hair with my head bent down like a larva. Some people say it hurts too much, some say it’s bearable, some say the wound is deep. I think it’s all individual difference. You could say recovery depends on how you set your mind to it. And for people who are constitutionally sensitive in their nerves, they said they feel more pain because of that. I had cohesive gel implants, so the incision was made a bit lower from the armpit, about 3 cm. Well.. as time passes, it will fade and get better. It’s not like I walk around with my armpits lifted up high anyway;. The wound area seems to have been stitched neatly too. It’s still red, slightly bumpy, and the incision mark is still very noticeable. I didn’t bruise at all. Not at all. If I had to do it one more time, I think I could steel myself and do it. Later. Much later. A bit bigger.. Maybe this is why people’s desires have no end haha The doctor said that even if he had put in larger implants, I might have had back and neck pain from the weight, and he was worried the breast area might look bulky compared with my body type. He said the current size, while it looks small, is just right for my body type... but I.. Still feel greedy and think, if only they were a bit bigger. Anyway. Sigh... I’ll be satisfied, be grateful, manage them well, and live. I’ve had massage 8 times. You know, that thing people do. Radiofrequency. When I do that, it really loosens things up well and makes them softer, but how should I put it.. maybe because my skin is extremely sensitive, my skin gets really red in patches. So I’m just doing hand massage. The doctor said.. Go to a massage shop for 1 to 2 months, then keep doing it consistently at home yourself, and after that, it’s good to do it occasionally. He said massage shops telling you to do a lot, a lot of sessions has a big commercial element, and that I don’t have to do that much. That all costs money too, he said. Anyway, I’m just taking the prescribed medicine consistently, massaging harder on my own, and occasionally getting an intensive session at the shop. Capsular contracture and hardening are scary too.. but some people don’t get it, and some people get it even if they massage diligently. Maybe it’s constitutional.. Still, I should manage them well, right? For prevention. Oh, I’m really curious when I can start wearing underwear. Whether I can wear underwire. Or whether I need to keep going braless. Or a sports bra. Someone I know said she just wore underwire after one month. She said if you don’t wear one for too long, the shape sags. Actually, my skin doesn’t have enough flesh to sag. It was tough skin that doesn’t stretch. Even when it stretches, it stretches while the skin tears.. -_- Anyway. I don’t know what I should do. Wearing underwear;;;
