I consulted with Dr. Lee Jeong-su, and he explained things very diligently. He also shaped my nose for me. The only disappointing thing was that he didn't take a CT scan. The surgery cost is on the expensive side, but the line also seems a bit natural... It made me hesitate to have surgery at this hospital.
