From the consultation stage, they clearly identified the problem with my eyes that I felt but hadn’t heard pointed out at other hospitals, so I chose them without much hesitation. I sometimes saw reviews saying they were cynical, but they were kinder than I expected and seemed to reflect the patient’s needs as much as possible. There is a little asymmetry, but they told me that was an unavoidable part of my eye structure from before surgery, so I don’t think it was a problem with the surgery.
