The director was very confident about nose surgery, and had the most different opinion compared with directors at other hospitals... Directors at other hospitals said to shave down the dorsal hump and use silicone + autologous costal cartilage. Since it’s a pretty dorsal hump, they said to use it and raise the nasal bridge with silicone. Recommended 3 mm silicone.. (the highest) They said my bulbous nose isn’t severe, and if the nasal bridge is raised, it will correct itself (to the extent that there’s no need to incise and remove fat or anything like that). They said my skin stretches well and my nose shape is pretty, so if this fails it would be 100% the doctor’s fault, and they said this very confidently. To suit my round image, the columella and nasal tip would be rounded and natural. They don’t show the post-surgery appearance with Photoshop or anything like that, so you have to imagine it only through the consultation The only hospital that mentioned A/S.
