There were many reviews, and I visited for a consultation after an acquaintance introduced me. It proceeded in the order of consultant then director, and they explained things kindly and well, so I was able to ask everything I was curious about. I’m still not certain about surgery, so I didn’t put down a deposit, but I’m thinking about it more over the weekend and considering making a reservation.
