Uneven Eyes After Lower Canthoplasty and Under-Eye Fat Repositioning

I originally have pretty severe facial asymmetry, so my eyes were already uneven, and one side was overcorrected The aegyo-sal under-eye fullness has also only come back on one side, and I feel like the difference is too big, so I'm worried Will it improve a bit once the swelling goes down? I really think if you have facial asymmetry, you need to think carefully before getting surgery. Before, there was at least some harmony, but once that was all disrupted, it looks more obvious, and I really can't take pictures with the rear camera anymore The problem is that one of my eyes is slightly higher, and because of the eyeball position, it looks like I have a slight strabismus? so I'm really anxious because of this I'm on day 6 now and going to get the stitches removed tomorrow. Once the stitches are removed, will there be less pressure and will it get better? I'm planning to wait a month, and if the aegyo-sal doesn't come back, I'm looking into getting aegyo-sal filler or fat grafting on one side..
