Clinic community review

Five months ago, I had posterior-lower canthoplasty here through an incision, but it all reattached, so I received aftercare service. I heard some other hospitals charge an anesthesia fee for aftercare, but here they did it for free without an anesthesia fee, and because posterior canthoplasty has stitches, I decided to receive only lower canthoplasty without stitches. I came in worried, thinking, what if the director looks and says this level doesn’t qualify for aftercare? But as soon as he saw me, he gladly said he would do it again, so I was very grateful. However, what was disappointing was that I had been scheduled for surgery at 1:30 a month later, but they called the day before and said the surgery was at 3:00 and that I could come in by 2:30. Even though I went on time, after waiting endlessly I went into surgery at 4:00, and even waiting in the operating room with the IV inserted felt like at least 20 minutes.. I hadn’t even started sleep anesthesia, but I fell asleep.. The counseling manager? also seemed to have not been there long, so they couldn’t guide me properly… I was very satisfied with the surgery! The director was meticulous, saying, “Please sit up,” “Please look up,” and he said he had overcorrected to prevent it from reattaching, but before even a month had passed, it reattached again. Still, since I had incisions twice, I thought it might be opened at least a little, but it’s exactly the same as an eye that was never done, so I feel like I wasted my money. If I want surgery again, it will count as a revision and be more expensive, so I feel a bit regretful.
