Week 3, experts, please help

I’m posting photos because I’m feeling urgent. Photo 1 is a side view, and it looks okay. People also say the side line looks good except that it is slightly upturned. The problem is photos 2, 3, and 4. From the front, my nostrils are completely visible. In the past it was wide, but it didn’t have an upturned-nose look, so it wasn’t this severely visible from the front. Every time I look at old photos, my heart hurts. My nostrils are also asymmetric, like they don’t match; one is lower and one is higher. I was worried, so I looked up a lot online. Some say it will get better with time and that it’s still swelling, but others say that by 3 weeks the result is already clear and I need revision surgery. Since this is my first time, I’m extremely worried. Looking at the current photos, at around 3 weeks, I’m curious whether the nasal tip will come down and make the nostrils not show, and whether the uneven nostrils will become even. This is causing me a huge amount of stress
