The swelling after surgery was no joke, so I drank pumpkin juice every day, drank 2L of water a day, and seriously wore my compression garment without skipping a single day. I also applied bruise cream consistently, and it did get a little better day by day. But stretching was seriously real hell... Just stretching my arms out was tortureStill, every time I saw my slimmer arms in the mirror, I pulled myself together and endured it. It was a bit disappointing that at ㅅㅇㅇ, I felt like they kept recommending prescription diet pills. Like I was being subtly pressured to lose weight? Still, the aftercare was really solid and well done, so I think choosing the clinic was an excellent decision. Conclusion? Worrying about arm liposuction is truly a waste of time. Just do it.
