It’s my 3rd day after nose surgery. Until yesterday, I was sleeping straight on my back just fine. Today I set up 2 pillows and took a nap, and without realizing it, my head had tilted to the right. I noticed after waking up.. When I checked in the mirror, there didn’t seem to be any change. But if you sleep on your side, can the nose shift to one side? Please help. Ah, and there’s one more thing!! In the post-rhinoplasty precautions given by the hospital where I had surgery, it says to sleep with your face facing the ceiling. Does facing the ceiling while sleeping mean facing straight upward? I read the instructions after coming home, so I only saw it now
