I’m thinking about revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. Is sedation anesthesia possible too?! I thought maybe I shouldn’t use autologous costal cartilage because they said it would be general anesthesia, but when I looked at Highend’s website, it says sedation anesthesia!! Is it possible?? If so, that would feel a bit less burdensome
