I went for a surgery consultation because of a depression after a nasal fracture. I didn’t get the feeling that the director was unfriendly; it felt like they simply said only what needed to be said, in a straightforward way. I received an estimate for nose surgery and was also advised to consider filler, but after the nasal bone had fractured and healed incorrectly, filler didn’t seem right to me, so I only had the consultation and came back.
