Hi, first of all, I originally had a somewhat severe crooked nose and asymmetric nose, so even though I had a high and pretty nose shape, I was pretty obsessive about it. I’d heard a lot from people around me that my nose was pretty, so I hesitated, but from certain angles my nostrils looked really big or my hump looked severe, and especially when other people took photos of me, the stress was really intense, so I decided to get my first nose surgery! First, I went around mainly in Gangnam for consultations, and every time I went, what I heard was that my face itself is asymmetric (..), so there are limits to correcting a crooked nose So I chose a clinic where the director seemed confident that he could correct my nose well. Since I also had rhinitis as a functional issue, I had rhinitis surgery done together, so the estimate came out to about 4.5 million won, and the cosmetic surgery estimate was 3.5 million won for crooked nose correction + cartilage tying only! After the surgery, I heard that they had placed septal cartilage in the nasal tip to create the nose shape I wanted. I didn’t pay separately for that. Right after the splint was removed, I was honestly so shocked after taking it off that I think I cried a ton… I thought it was totally ruined and was like, how am I supposed to live from now on Before removing the splint, I really wasn’t swollen, so I thought, oh, I guess I don’t swell~ but that wasn’t it… I was very swollen.. It’s been about 6 months since surgery now! Honestly, I wanted perfect symmetry, but since my nose was so crooked, I think this is probably the best possible result.. And if it looks upturned, is that just my imagination What do you all think?? People around me say it turned out well, but in my opinion, since my originally high nose now has an even higher tip, I wonder if it looks a bit obviously operated on..? Is this post-op obsession Still, I emphasized front-view correction a lot because I wanted the nasal tip area to look round from the front, and I think it turned out well in the shape I wanted, so I’m fairly satisfied! Later, when I saw the director for a follow-up, he said it helped that I had explained in detail what I wanted before going into surgery. I hope everyone keeps that in mind when getting surgery!!
