I’m 6 months post-op from implant-free rhinoplasty at Oblige Plastic Surgery I had (hump nose osteotomy, droopy-tip nose + long nose surgery, nasal bridge osteotomy), and the materials used were ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and autologous dermis! This is how it looks now that all the swelling has gone down, so it’s really natural, and if I don’t say anything, people think my nose originally looked like this haha When taking photos, the side profile and front view definitely come out clean! I was really satisfied with this Since it was implant-free rhinoplasty, there was no discomfort or inflammatory reaction, and I’m very satisfied that I had long nose surgery! When I visited the clinic for the last time, Director Kim Da-alm carefully checked even inside my nose to see whether the wounds had healed well, and said there would be no problem as long as I don’t bump it somewhere! If anyone is considering droopy-tip nose + long nose surgery, I think I would recommend Oblige Plastic Surgery!
