Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Square jaw resection, deep cheek fat removal, V-line chin osteotomy

When I consulted with the director right before surgery, I asked if he could shave down the entire square jaw, but after looking over my face, he said doing it all would be too much, that he would look while operating and adjust it, and that he would make it pretty haha. I said okay and finished the surgery and came out Day 1 My throat hurt so, so much and I really wanted to drink water, seriously... And somehow, on YouTube videos I had looked up, there were many people saying it mostly did not hurt? but for me it hurt like hell. I could not sleep at dawn, and at one point I called the nurse and asked for painkillers Day 2 I was discharged and came home, and my face was really very swollen. It hurt less than day 1... I could not open my mouth, so I ordered porridge and ate it, and I worked hard at gargling + wearing the compression band too Day 3, Day 4 Swelling at its peak. I thought the surgery had gone wrong... because I was so swollen... But I heard other people are like that too, so I felt reassured haha. The band? on my chin was so tight because of the swelling that I asked the hospital if I could remove it on my own, but they said they would remove it at the hospital when I came in on day 7, so I endured it. My mouth opened a bit better Day 5, Day 6 The swelling visibly went down compared with days 3 and 4. I also ate cereal (Oreo O's) little by little with milk, and at this time my condition was the second best (the best was day 8) Day 7 I removed the band stuck on my chin and also escaped the compression band. On the right side, the swelling seemed to have gone down more than expected, but on the left side there is hard swelling? It hurts a little when I press it, and the stitches in my gums are so bothersome... At the hospital, they said the wound had not healed at all and that they would remove the stitches on day 14 () Day 8 My condition was the best on this day. Once the band was removed, I felt refreshed, and I could already see small changes. I ate meals properly too Day 9 (today) I was about to eat cereal for dinner, but while chewing I felt a really sharp, electric pain from the stitches? near my gums.... It hurt so much... I wondered if the stitches had burst, so I tried to look, but honestly even looking, I cannot tell. There are stitches, but whether they burst or not... It feels kind of like the stitches are poking my gums? Ha..... I wondered if I should go to the hospital, so I contacted them, and when I showed them a photo, they said it did not look like the stitches had burst and told me to come in 5 days later (day 14)... I am so worried that something might be wrong
