I went back onto the operating table after only 20 days

I was very satisfied after the revision surgery, but one nostril’s swelling was going down quickly, while the other nostril showed no sign of the swelling going down at all. It felt blocked and was hard to breathe, so I wondered if it might be inflammation... I was going to go to an ENT clinic, but instead I went to the hospital where I had the surgery. The director looked at my nose and said there was still slight swelling... Since they had lowered an upturned nose, and because it had originally been so short and they pulled it down a lot, the septum couldn’t withstand the force and became crooked. So the septum was protruding inside the nose, which is why that nostril was so small. Because of that, the nostril sizes were different too... and the nasal tip was crooked... My friends were telling me to file a lawsuit, that’s how crooked the nasal tip was. The doctor thought for a long time, and said that if this condition continued or became more crooked, I would have to have another revision surgery after winter passed... At night I made a huge fuss saying I couldn’t breathe, and that it felt hopeless to have to breathe through this tiny nostril for 6 months. He thought for a long time again and then suggested doing a simple surgery... He said he would not make an incision, but would push the protruding septum as hard as possible back to the center and suture it. He said the surgery would be done in 20 to 30 minutes... I had sedation anesthesia, and about 40 to 50 minutes later the surgery was over, but wow, it hurt so much. The crooked nasal tip has returned somewhat, and as for the protruding septum, I don’t know right now because gauze has been packed in... Has anyone had a case like this?? This is my first time encountering something like this, so I’m a bit scared ......
