I was dissatisfied with the shape of the rhinoplasty I had at another hospital 4 years ago, so I started going around for revision surgery consultations. I thought the before-and-after surgery photos looked the most natural and pretty, so I had my first consultation at Between. Since my surgery would be to lower the height of my nose, I expected that additional cartilage harvesting would not be necessary, but they said ear cartilage harvesting would likely be needed, so honestly I felt a bit reluctant They also said it would be good to do alar reduction to make the nose smaller, but I didn’t want to go as far as alar reduction, so I felt that the aesthetic direction didn’t quite match mine. I probably won’t do it at this clinic, but the director explained everything in detail very well.
