It seems worth getting as something like a diet booster. For diet, I did reduce what used to be two bowls of rice to about one and a half bowls, and I saw results. I tend to bruise a bit easily, so in the beginning it was a little bothersome. There wasn’t really any pain, and when I applied the bruise cream they gave me, the bruises faded quickly. Other places told me to buy it, but here they gave it as a service. They also gave me something like a cream that helps burn fat better? and cooling patches. This kind of care seems good.
