Both the doctor and the consultant were kind, but it felt like they set the price case by case rather than having a fixed price system, so I didn’t like that. It was disappointing that I couldn’t decide exactly what direction the surgery would take. It’s good that they don’t take too many appointments. If you make an appointment, you go into the consultation right away.
