Review of breast filler removal! (Photo warning, not breast augmentation)

I finally had breast filler removal surgery!!! About 6 years ago, I went to a clinic intending to get breast augmentation surgery, and they recommended filler, saying that fillers are done more often these days, that it was a dissolvable hyaluronic acid filler used for the face so it was safe, and that since my breasts were small and a large implant could not be inserted right away, I could make them a little bigger with filler first and then later insert the large implants I wanted. Since I was already scared of breast surgery, I ended up getting the filler procedure. (Looking back now, the idea of putting in filler and then implants later seems like it could have been a huge problem..ㅡㅡ) Because my breasts were very small, I could not have a lot of filler injected, but after getting it, I was happy just to have become an average size like other people...☆ About 2 years ago, just in case, I had a breast ultrasound, and the filler that was supposed to dissolve was still there. After finding that out, I lived anxiously, worrying that even the slightest pain in my breasts might be a side effect Then after watching comedian Lee Se-young’s YouTube video, I decided I needed to remove it quickly before any major problem happened. There are not many clinics that remove breast filler, and I did not want augmentation surgery, so while looking for a place that would not leave scars on the breast area, I ultimately chose Foret Plastic Surgery because they said they perform the surgery only through the armpit. First, they carefully checked with ultrasound to see exactly where the filler was. Since I was not going to have augmentation surgery after breast filler removal, I was hesitant about leaving scars on my breasts, but Director Kim Min-young had a lot of experience safely and accurately removing filler through the axillary incision without leaving scars on the breasts. During the consultation, they showed me the actual filler removal surgical process and before-and-after photos, which made me trust them, and they carefully explained the benefits of performing the surgery through the armpit and the filler removal process, so I became even more convinced. They said that unlike implants, breast filler theoretically cannot be completely removed 100%, and that the hyaluronic acid filler I had received was a bit more difficult to remove compared with other types of breast filler, but they still promised to remove as much as possible. The surgery was done under general anesthesia, and I came out with drains attached. The drains were removed around day 3. After surgery, they showed me photos while explaining the removal process and how much was removed, which was good. They said the breast filler had been placed in different layers on each side, and fortunately, because I had only had filler once, it had clumped together well as one mass, so in my case they said almost all of it was probably removed. They also cut open the removed filler lump and took a photo of the inside, and when I saw it, the inside was completely packed white The difficult part was some discomfort from the drains, but after they were removed on day 3, there was nothing especially uncomfortable after that! Before surgery, I worried a lot, thinking, “What if my breast shape becomes uneven or bumpy after filler removal surgery?” But there is no asymmetry, and my breasts became exactly the same as before I got filler. (They became so exactly like before, with no breasts again, that I understood why people get augmentation surgery. I think it would also be good to consider augmentation surgery after removal surgery^_) The director personally checks my progress every time I go in.
