It's been 8 days since my nose surgery. I had osteotomy and Gore-Tex + septal cartilage. When I look at cosmetic surgery reviews, usually even if swelling is severe, by around 10 days the line starts to show.. For me, the area where the splint is placed is really no joke; it is swollen exactly along the line of the swollen nasal ala area. When I touch it, it feels soft.. Especially, the swelling in my right eye has all gone down, so the double eyelid line has returned exactly as it was, but my left eye is so swollen that it is about half-closed, and no matter how hard I do warm/cold compresses, the left eye does not return. Could this be swelling? Or blood pooling? Inflammation? The hospital says to wait and watch for now, but I'm scared it might end up reaching the worst-case situation and I may have to remove the implant and do something. Since the bones were even cut, if the implant is removed, I'll have a flat nose ㅡ.ㅡ;; Please give me some advice.
