Eye Re-Surgery

I’m debating whether to get epicanthoplasty reconstruction or correction surgery for enophthalmos..

One photo is from the rear camera and one is a selfie. I was congenitally asymmetric, but based on the selfie, the left side in the photo looks sharp and uglier whether I cover the front part or not. Is it because the actual eyeball is more sunken compared with the right side? I don’t know what surgery I should get.. I’m thinking of getting epicanthoplasty reconstruction after correction surgery for enophthalmos, but in the doctors’ view, which surgery would be more effective and allow the shape or feeling to be as similar as possible to the opposite side? If I have surgery, I don’t plan to touch the opposite side.. I’m desperate
