My nasal bridge was low and I also had a hump, so it was already low plus bumpy, and I was stressed because my midface looked sunken. They used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and ear dermis, and since I was already having surgery, because of the rhinitis I normally had, I also had two functional procedures done together. At first after surgery, maybe because of swelling, the nose line had become really pretty, but it felt a little bulky. As the swelling gradually went down, the nose shape became defined and the line started to show. They refined the faintly visible hump line, lifted the nasal tip, and corrected the nasolabial angle, so it became exactly the semi-ski-slope nose I had wanted since I was young... It’s been quite a while since surgery, so I should be used to it by now, but even now, when I look in the mirror, I turn my head sideways for no reason and look at my nasal bridge line lololol because it’s fascinating.. People around me also said I somehow looked prettier, so I wondered if I should not say anything, but lol when I said I had nose surgery, they were amazed and said it turned out really naturally. So when I said I did it without an implant, they asked if a nasal bridge line can come out like this even without an implant, said it was fascinating lolol and asked for the info.. I got excited for no reason too, so I came to write a review. Honestly, it was always a complex for 2n years of my life... Now that my flattened nasal tip has been raised sharply, I think I’m glad I did it while I was even one year younger...? haha Anyway, Director Yoon at Miho does a great job making it naturally glamorous, so everyone who’s deliberation should go for a consultation!
