I had under-eye fat repositioning once while getting full-face fat grafting 6-7 years ago, and over time, the grafted fat has been absorbed, so now my under-eye hollows have gotten severe I’m wondering if I need revision under-eye fat repositioning, but since I don’t have much fat, would repositioning improve it?
