It has been 2 weeks since I had external alar base reduction, and the muscle fixation is pulling, so I still can’t smile properly. The scar is almost invisible, so even though I told my coworkers I had it done, they can’t really tell ..ㅎ That doesn’t mean there is no effect; it looks like a nose where the nostril wings were retouched in photos, but only I know the change. Until the stitches were removed, it looked a bit pinched, but after they were taken out it has been becoming more natural day by day. I’m satisfied so far, but I’m worried it might get wider as the swelling goes down ㅜ
