But probably most everyone here with monolids will relate.. These eyes really don’t show much even with makeup on, and it’s subtly stressful.. lol Especially I often heard people ask if I was tired even when I wasn’t sleepy, and even when I did heavy makeup, I was told it looked light.. It was just often discouraging because if I put eyeshadow or things like that on my eyes, it barely showed.. And no matter how I looked at it, I really liked eyes with double eyelids, so regardless of what people around me said, I just got double eyelid surgery. It’s my eyes anyway…!!!! The clinic was, like.. the 4th or maybe 3rd place I went to while shopping around, and even though I went there exhausted, the director’s consultation was really good and everyone was kind the whole time, so I remember it positively And even after surgery, the hospital’s attitude, should I say? That didn’t change much, so I liked that. The director also checked my progress very carefully, and the recovery process wasn’t that hard, so I think I recovered well at a relaxed pace lol Even though I’m pretty unfussy, the bruising and swelling weren’t severe, so I think I worried even less lol I’m satisfied because the double eyelids aren’t too much and seem to have changed naturally from my own eyes~
