Whenever I looked in the mirror, my nose always looked too blunt and big, and from the side, the hump bothered me so much. But I didn’t want to get nose filler, so I decided to have surgery and looked into various hospitals. What was a bit different from other hospitals was that, unlike other doctors who said that putting the trendy nose shape these days on my face would probably suit me, the doctor here explained in detail what shape would suit my face, how much height would be appropriate, which parts would not suit me, and so on. They even explained really small details well, and honestly told me whether the nose shape I wanted would suit me (since it was my first rhinoplasty, I really went to a lot of consultations, but this was also the first place where the director consulted with me for this longㅇㅇ). So I decided to have surgery right away! My assigned consultant and the director were really so kind, but the other staff were honestly kind of rude ㅇㅇ I guess it depends on the person. On the first day after surgery, I was surprised because there was literally no swelling at all, and since they didn’t put cotton packing in my nose from day one, I didn’t have any discomfort breathing. But they used ear cartilage, so my ear hurt so much Unlike the first day, the swelling was seriously at an all-time puffy level on days 3-4, and from day 7, the major swelling went down right away, with only minor swelling left. Most of all, I like that there’s no hump when seen from the side, and I’m so happy because the nose seems to harmonize overall with my facial proportions There’s still minor swelling inside my nose, so I’m really looking forward to how it will change!! Conclusion! Very satisfied with my first rhinoplasty / The director and consultant were so kind ㅇㅇ / Since they didn’t put cotton packing inside my nose, there wasn’t really any discomfort, and after day 7, returning to daily life was totally possible
