I used autologous costal cartilage before, but do they reuse the autologous costal cartilage? Or do they harvest additional autologous costal cartilage again for the surgery? I was thinking of going only to hospitals ㄹㅂㄹ and ㅈㅇㅌ, but since it’s still my third surgery, I wondered if that’s too few. Could you recommend hospitals? But I’ll pass on an overly obvious, pointy nose... I want a straight-to-slightly upturned line close to a half-beoseon shape. Seriously, if I do it now, this is the last time for my nose.....

유린아린 I don’t know about reusing it. When I had my first surgery at ㅅㄱ, I used rib cartilage too, and I thought a slightly rounded nasal tip looked pretty, so I asked them to do it that way. When there was swelling, it did look too rounded, but once the swelling went down, the shape came out well.
민트나무강 If you like a natural-glam look, I recommend Director ㄱㄷㅎ at ㅇㅇㄷ.
에이삐 I was going to recommend ㄹㅂㄹ, but it’s already on your list. Since that place specializes in revision rhinoplasty, I think it would be okay. I’ve even seen reviews for a 5th surgery? Something like that.
