I went for a consultation because there were many reviews about bulbous nose improvement and the style seemed semi-fancy. It was a weekday, but the wait was almost an hour. They said I’d need to use rib cartilage to improve a bulbous nose, so I felt a bit reluctant.. What feels fancy by my standards seems natural by the doctor’s standards? The doctor was confident and kind.
