I had been thinking about rhinoplasty for about 3 years and had gone to many consultations while looking into various clinics. As more information piled up, I actually became more conflicted, and I still did not have the certainty of “This is the clinic!” Then I found out about this clinic, and during the consultation, the director’s confidence and certainty made me feel that I could trust them with my nose. Since it was my first surgery, I was also very worried about things like side effects, and I hesitated while thinking about what shape would be best for me. But the director understood the features of my face and the areas that needed improvement, and I liked that they actively explained the ways to correct them. The part I was most concerned about was my side profile. From the front, my nose shape did not look particularly strange, but from the side, my face looked flat, and because my nose was relatively small compared with my developed lower face, my chin looked even more prominent. So I wanted to raise my nose to improve these areas. Hoping that this first surgery would also be my last, I decided to get it done properly in one go with the best materials, so we used sturdy and safe autologous costal cartilage together with ear cartilage. People around me said it looked like my nose had changed a little, maybe as if I had gotten filler? And for people meeting me for the first time, it looks natural enough that they would not know unless I told them. It was natural, but it definitely fulfilled my needs, and there was a clear change from the surgery. Everyone around me says it turned out well. As time passes, sensation is coming back a lot, the swelling has gone down a lot, and it is gradually becoming my own nose. I really feel like I made a choice I do not regret at all regarding rhinoplasty! Thank you.
