I was posting a lot in January, but I kept putting surgery off because I hesitated again.. Then I went and had it done sometime this week. I didn't prioritize Gangnam. Rather, I looked for a case that had gone well among people around me.. I looked for a place that doesn't do many surgeries in a day. So naturally it ended up being in the Seoul metro area but not Gangnam, so the cost was lower; Someone I know had surgery at the place I used, and that person's younger sibling had it done in Gangnam, but the person I know turned out well. (Gangnam has too many people going there, so I had a feeling they wouldn't pay enough attention to me anyway;;) My younger sibling also had it done here first, and that went well too, so I gathered my courage and went ahead with it. I had the nasal cartilage tied, and with ear cartilage they inserted a bit of cartilage slightly below the tip to prevent a pig nose, and a little Alloderm was added (since this was added during surgery, I don't know exactly where it was placed, but it seemed to go inside the columella), and a 3 mm bridge implant. They said it was basically the most standard type of nose surgery, but as the operation went on it seemed to become more complicated. Alloderm wasn't in the estimate, but when I saw the doctor tell the nurse to bring Alloderm, I was really grateful that they were making it pretty instead of just following the estimate. At the same time, while hearing that scratchy unpleasant sound, I also worried they might charge me extra for the Alloderm later. But they didn't charge extra, so it feels like I saved 500,000 won.ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Isn't most nose surgery supposed to take about 30 minutes?? Or not?? For me, they carefully did it for about 1 hour and 20 minutes~ㅋ I had local anesthesia and I remembered having filler 5 years ago with local anesthesia without anesthetic cream, so the nose surgery didn't hurt at all. When they injected the anesthesia, that really hurt, and all I could hear was the unpleasant sound of my own tissue being cut like paper right by my ear;;; I was thinking it's weird that it doesn't hurt, and what was even stranger was that my brain seemed to recognize the pain because tears kept coming out!ㅋㅋㅋ The person below said they were angry because they did it without telling their boyfriend, but I've been in a relatively long relationship, so my boyfriend understood my insecurity and it was easy to do, and he even paid for it because he was worried I'd get prettier and leave him for another man~~ㅋI guess that was his downfall;ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Anyway, I think the surgery went well. Right now the swelling has just started going down, so I look like an Avatar character... but as soon as the swelling and bruising go down, I'm going to go see my boyfriend with my prettier face~~
