Facial Surgery Reviews@face-review

This is my review after double-jaw surgery for a protruding lower jaw.

This is how I look about 5 months after having double-jaw surgery. I was very stressed because of my protruding lower jaw. I could not chew food well, so I always had indigestion... It looked bad on the outside, and inside it felt like things were festering. Then I was told that for a severe protruding lower jaw like mine, double-jaw surgery was the only answer, so in the end I made up my mind to have surgery. First, before surgery, I had tests related to general anesthesia, 3D CT imaging, a dental checkup, and so on. The tests were simpler than I expected. I had a very long consultation with the director. And I heard that after surgery it is usually very painful and difficult. But when I remember that time, it was not that hard for me… When I listen to other people, they say breathing right after surgery and phlegm coming out were so difficult, but for me, I could spit out phlegm well and breathe well. Rather than saying it hurt, it would be more accurate to say it was a bit uncomfortable. If I really had to compare the pain, when I had circumcision as a child (sorry to the female members...^^;;;) it hurt a hundred or a thousand times more. I was hospitalized for about three days, resting while eating recovery meals and all kinds of juices, then went back down to Tongyeong. As you can see, the surgical result is that the protruding lower jaw has all improved. These days, maybe because I can chew well, my digestion is better too, and I think my face has gained a little fat. I was originally on the thin side, but after surgery I gained quite a bit of weight. People say I look much better. I eat to my heart’s content the things I could not eat before because my bite was bad. I used to always swallow food without being able to chew it well, but now I understand that the fun of food is chewing it. A little while ago I ate makchang, and the more I chewed, the more savory it was. The makchang that I used to just swallow almost without chewing was really delicious. So these days I think I enjoy eating makchang. It has been about 5 months now, and I do not see any particular abnormalities, and I feel that the surgery really went well. Maybe human desire has no end; after my jaw improved, now my eyes and nose are catching my attention. So even though I am a man, these days I am becoming interested in eye surgery and nose surgery... So I am also looking into eye surgery and rhinoplasty. ^^;; I do not know much about eye surgery and rhinoplasty, so if there is a hospital you can recommend, please share. Double-jaw surgery certainly has a lot of talk and issues, but if it is done really well, I think it is a surgery without problems. It is not an extremely difficult surgery or a surgery so dangerous that you risk your life, like the rumors say. First of all, for people who suffer a lot from jaw disorders like mine, it is probably an essential surgery. If you are also considering it cosmetically (only those with severe cases!!!), I think double-jaw surgery is worth trying.
