I'm looking into revision surgery because the tip of my nose is drooping. When I get revision surgery this time, I'm planning to use autologous costal cartilage for everything, all the way to the nasal tip, so I'm looking more carefully. Among the places I'm looking at for revision surgery, this is the largest clinic, but to that extent it also seemed the most systematic, and it felt like I could trust things like whether they provide AS. It wasn't that they would unconditionally do everything I wanted, or on the other hand stubbornly insist only on things they thought would be okay; rather, they seemed to have the mindset of coordinating with me, so it was a satisfying consultation.
