It’s been about 2 years since I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery at ㅇㅂㅈ Plastic Surgery. To start with the conclusion, I highly recommend it. I always looked tired because of dark circles and under-eye fat, but after surgery I never hear that anymore. My dark circles improved a lot too, and the bulging fat under my eyes disappeared, so my face looks smoother. But they said I could return to daily life within 2 weeks after surgery, and although it differs by person, it took me about two months. The swelling lasted almost a month, I had bruising, and I also developed inflammation in the middle. The surgical area hurt when pressed, and I think it took 1 year until the tissue fully softened and it didn’t hurt even when pressed. I told them anesthesia tends to wear off quickly for me, and they said they would give more anesthesia if it wore off. But it wore off in the middle, and when I told them it felt so hot and painful, they told me I was being noisy I put up with it because the surgical result was good, but please keep that in mind.
