<Before><1 week><1 month later><1 month later>My previous nose was so unsophisticated and unattractive that taking side-profile photos was a complex for me. My face shape is also on the round side, so with my nose being low too, it looked very East Asian, but even among those, it was a low, low, really low nose.... Among them, the place where I got it done had no separate consultation fee, they took a CT scan and additional face photos, printed them out, and explained while drawing the design. It was the most detailed consultation, and I liked the review photos too, so I decided on it. I had surgery with a custom implant + donated costal cartilage + septal cartilage. I thought a custom implant would be expensive, but it was not as expensive as I expected. Swelling was at its peak from day 2 to day 5, and from week 1, it seemed to go down noticeably and quickly. After surgery, I received a cooling pack / swelling-reducing tea / sterile gauze / scar ointment, bruise cream, and an instruction booklet, so I diligently applied the creams and took care of it at home. From week 1, late at night when it was less hot, I wore a mask and went out walking to reduce swelling, and I kept walking around at home too. I think it helped the swelling go down faster. It has been one month now, and my side profile has exactly the nasal bridge I wanted. I thought a nose like this would not be possible even with surgery on my nose, but for everyone here who worries about a low nose like I did, if you define the nasal bridge with a custom implant and go to a clinic that is good at nasal tips, you can be reborn like this.
