I went in with a really simple idea, but they said even the barely noticeable hump on my nose would need to be rasped down, and I had never thought my nostrils were uneven, but they told me they were slightly uneven. I got the feeling that the director was very meticulous. Also, they use septal cartilage, donated rib cartilage, and silicone. Does everyone use donated rib cartilage often for their first surgery?
