Hello~~ The top is before surgery, and the bottom is a photo 21 days after surgery.! It’s been 21 days since surgery~ The nasal bridge is 3 mm silicone, and they said they did extension with septal cartilage and also added height to the nasal tip, 1. But the nasal tip seems so blunt, like it has been cut off - I’m worried~.. Even though it’s a surgically operated nose,, when I posted photos here, people said it doesn’t look like a surgical nose, and I’m honestly so upset.... The nasal tip is blunt like it has been cut off, and it’s definitely higher than my old nose, but why does the nasal tip look so blunt and cut off like that? Did the surgery go wrong,,,? The nasal tip is too low compared with the glabella... Even if the swelling goes down, that doesn’t mean the nasal tip will get higher~ I’m so worried... I can’t even study.. 2. I was told that my skin is thick and my septal cartilage is weak. Could it be related to that? ... 3. The side profiles on the left and right are clearly different, how should I interpret this? Did the swelling go down differently on each side?.. Sigh... Is this a situation where I should consider revision surgery for just the nasal tip?. Please give me an honest answer...
