I’ve had consultations at 6 places so far but I still haven’t decided... After looking around, it seems like this surgery works best for people whose under-eye fat bulges out noticeably.. If the fat doesn’t protrude much, but the tear trough boundary is severe and there’s sagging and hollowing,,, is it hard to get much satisfaction from repositioning alone? Even the surgical cases each clinic shows me don’t seem to include cases like mine I feel so upset and stressed every time I look in the mirror, but I’m scared to have surgery

pinkangel8… If it’s that kind of case, look into under-eye fat removal too. My older brother had a consultation at ㄷㅌㅂ for a similar case, and they said if the issue is loose skin and fat, you don’t necessarily have to touch the tear trough.
