In 2019, I had a consultation with Director Eom Jae-ho. At the time, the waiting time was quite long, but I remember that the director and the consultation manager were very kind and gave me a good consultation. As far as I know, the director and the manager are no longer there now. The director printed out the photos he had taken and drew on them with a pencil while explaining the expected appearance after surgery, and he said the materials would be silicone, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage. I ended up having surgery elsewhere, so I did not proceed with surgery there.
