Do they remove all the materials used in the first surgery and start over from scratch? The silicone in the nasal bridge and all the cartilage at the nasal tip? I want the line and height to look a bit more glamorous overall. Or do they just add more on top? For now, I’m going to consultations at The Door and OM first, and even if there are no functional issues, I’ll ask them to take a CT scan. I feel like seeing the inside will help determine the surgical direction better.
일본파스냄시 If you want the look you’re going for, wouldn’t they have to completely change everything? Even the silicone gets replaced in revision surgery! And if you really want a definite removal, I think they use costal cartilage. Clinics that use costal cartilage... Pint, OM, The Door!
파리파리12 They remove everything... Even if you want to reuse it, they’ll say it’s too small or it’s bent, so it’s better to just do it new instead of risking messing it up for no reason.
익명 No matter where you go, plastic surgery clinics basically take a 3D CT, especially if it’s a revision. And it does depend on the clinic, but some places do leave things as they are and operate. But they have to check the condition. They say with the nose, they only really know after opening it up, because it doesn’t show well even on CT.
엔차 As far as I know, some places suggest removing everything and doing it again, and some places just add on, reshape it, and redo it. My friend was debating between those options too and ended up removing everything and doing it again. It costs more. For The Door, who are you going to? I’m thinking of going for revision consultations too
